Riveredge Nature Center, the Wisconsin DNR, Volunteers, Sponsors and Donors will release the fourth batch of imprinted sturgeons to the Milwaukee River.
Join us on Saturday, October 2, 2010, as we highlight the 5th Annual Return of the Lake Sturgeon to the Milwaukee River. You'll have an opportunity to sponsor and release your own sturgeon!
The event will include children's crafts, a live reptile and amphibian
presentation and a special program which will be open to the public. Before being released, the lake sturgeons will be blessed by Billy Daniels of the Forest County Potawatomi. We are thankful for the Potawatomi's involvement with the event and hope they are able to join us every year.
We are sorry, but
